Connecting All Parts of the World
Vision and Mission
At Concourse International, we envision a world where there is comprehensive international and intercultural understanding between ALL parts of the world, not just those that are already well-connected. With the world becoming more connected, understanding between all parts of the world, particularly involving developing countries and the Global South, is critical to achieve global cooperation.

Through the power of virtual exchange, we seek to build international and intercultural understanding in a globalized world, particularly between parts of the world that do not normally interact. Two regions of the world are paired up in each exchange engaging participants on both sides in cultural conversation through synchronous and asynchronous activities. Transcending geographical and financial barriers, we aim to build a truly youth-led international organization that brings accessible intercultural exchange to all regions of the world.
Our Story
Growing up in a rural area, our founder, Jiahao, personally experienced a disparity in intercultural education in his community, where international opportunities were reserved for the wealthy. He realized that this issue occurs on a global scale, as there are many opportunities between Europe and the USA. But, what about between North Africa and South America, or East Africa and Southeast Asia? This is how Concourse was born. We aim to build connections focusing on areas that don’t normally interact because we believe that intercultural understanding is important between all regions of the world. As the world continues to globalize, we will continue to work to make international and intercultural understanding accessible for all.
